I couldn’t imagine life without XM.   I’ve had it since it came out about 5 years ago…Since NYC has NO country music stations at all (even though there are about 4342  hip hop/rap/pop stations), my redneck ass needs XM for survival.  Yes, I essentially pay to listen to country music.  Not only that, my evening commute would simply suck without Jason Ellis on Faction 28.  A few years ago, I canceled it for a few months thinking I could handle it, but I nearly lost my mind and quickly had it reinstated.   When I’m on a long drive, it’s always fun to put on 247 and listen to the nation’s emergencies…or traffic and weather in other cities across the country.  Yeah, I’m weird.
